Tailor-Made Training
Tailor-made training courses are available to any organization or group of individuals wishing a training program that varies from the basic and traditional 40-hour civil or family mediation training program. For instance, Mr. Rubin has worked with the governmental section of the Florida Bar to create two training programs specially tailored to the lawyer who works for governmental and public entities. He has created programs for the clergy and various not-for-profit and religious organizations. He has also created trainings for professionals in the trust and "special needs" trust area. Tailor-made training courses can be designed to target certain substantive areas of the law, specific populations or interest groups, or any other specialized area of law. Mr. Rubin feels there is no area of human conflict or cooperation for which a training program cannot be designed. |
