Mr. Rubin has been speaking on mediation, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), and related fields for over a quarter of a century. His speaking engagements have ranged from as few as five to well over 1,000 attendees. He has spoken at national conferences for the American Bar Association, the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR), SPIDR and AFM (the predecessors to ACR), the Florida Bar, the American Psychological Association, the National Windstorm Conference and many other organizations, groups, and educational institutions. Mr. Rubin’s presentations are inimitable, untraditional and often unorthodox, and in this way he effectively maximizes the impact of his message.
