Circuit Civil Mediation Training

Circuit Civil mediation is utilized as a means to resolve disputes quickly and efficiently, such as contract,
real property, construction, product liability, personal injury, employment and other types of conflicts. Often,
these cases are complex and involve multiple parties. This 40-hour training is approved by the Florida Supreme
Court and combines lecture, discussion and role playing to provide a comprehensive understanding and practical
skills development in Circuit Civil mediation.
Successful completion of the course grants 48 CLE credits (including 5 in Ethics) from the Florida Bar, and a
Certificate of Completion. Additionally, successful completion of the course satisfies a major part of the
requirements for certification as a Circuit Civil Mediator by the Supreme Court of Florida.
