Consulting Experience
Mr. Rubin has provided ADR (alternative dispute resolution) consulting services for 15 years. He has worked with parties ranging from newly certified mediators to experienced sole practitioners to mediation firms to government entities. His extensive experience includes co-designing systems with governmental agencies to manage class actions and large groups of similar mediation cases, especially in the wake of major hurricanes and other natural or man-made disasters. He has also advised both lawyers and individuals involved in mediation and counseled newly certified mediators in starting their own practice. |
