ADR Design Systems

Mr. Rubin provides ADR (alternative dispute resolution) design system services for government entities as well as corporations. He designs full-spectrum conflict resolution systems appropriate for large numbers of similar claims, as in the wake of a natural disaster or a class action lawsuit. The solution includes coordinating with all government and corporate resources to achieve a complete program, including creative utilization of existing resources as well as assembling new resources if necessary.

Mr. Rubin’s conflict resolutions systems are designed with the stated goal of satisfying the population being serviced. Specifically, the systems will process claims in an expeditious and economical manner in order to provide timely resolution for all parties and, in cases of natural or man-made disaster, infuse the insured and the community with the funds for recovery. Additionally, the systems are designed within the ethical boundaries of maintaining a balanced process for all involved parties.

Mr. Rubin is intricately involved in the implementation of the system designed. Follow-up includes sensitivity to, and - if necessary - involvement with, any monitoring bodies, whether media, political or others.
